Central Park Voorburg
Boutique hotel in a listed national monument, with a Michelin-starred restaurant. A Hästens in all fourteen rooms and suites, from Maranga to Vividus. On Hästens' official hotel list.
For hotels
As an official Hästens dealer, SleepSpa supplies beds to luxury hotels in the Netherlands and Belgium. The hotel gets a suite guests pay more for, a listing in our hotel guide, and a commission on every guest who buys a Hästens through us after their stay. An investment in beds becomes a sales channel that helps pay it back.
What it is about
A hotel doesn't buy a mattress. It buys a room that earns more.
A luxury hotel competes on things a guest only notices once they are there: the light, the quiet, and how they wake up the next morning. Most reviews are about that last one — and it is the one thing a hotel can never show.
A Hästens makes it visible. It is a brand guests know, search for and talk about. A room with a Hästens is a room type you can sell separately, price separately and put in front of the press separately.
And there is a second return no other supplier can give you: some of your guests will want the bed at home. You refer them to us, and you earn a commission on every sale that follows.
Who went before you
From the Britannia Hotel in Trondheim to the suites of Corinthia London and Lotte New York Palace: hotels use Hästens to sell a room guests can't find elsewhere. And it is getting closer: Voorburg, Haarlem and Namur already have it.

Two private suites above the Cinabre boutique: one with a 2000T, the other with a Maranga. Guests choose their suite by the bed.
Wellness hotel in the Bavarian Alps with a Maranga in every room. Calls itself the first hotel in Germany fitted out entirely with Hästens.

Five-star hotel with Hästens in the suites and penthouses; at launch that was 35 suites, with the Maranga model.
Hästens in eight suites in The Towers, with a Vividus in the Ultimate Sleep Suite.
Two ways to start. Over a third of these hotels put a Hästens in every room. The rest start with one suite or a room category of its own, such as Hotel Rosengarten's Superior room with a Hästens bed or the Ultimate Sleep Suite at Lotte New York Palace.
The place is still free. There is no hotel in our guide yet in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Antwerp, Brussels or Ghent. The first one there with a Hästens suite is the hotel guests are looking for.

With every option: a maintenance contract for intensive use (turning, beating, replacing toppers) and leasing instead of buying if you prefer. Prices on request, per project.
The guest channel
This is what sets us apart from every other hotel bed supplier: your room becomes a showroom that pays you.
A whole night, in your room. Longer and better than in any shop.
A card, not a brochure: which model, and where to get it at home. With your hotel's referral code.
The guest comes to us — with a trial night at SleepSpa if they are still unsure. Your staff never has to sell anything.
On every sale that comes in through your code. The percentage is agreed per hotel; you see every sale.
Enter your own room rate, occupancy and quote, and see when the beds have paid for themselves — with and without the guest channel.
Open the calculatorWe keep the list, with sources. Every hotel that gets a Hästens suite through SleepSpa is in it, for guests looking specifically for a hotel with a Hästens.
Open the hotel guideHow it works
Which rooms, which guests, which rate. We look at whether a Hästens adds something there — and say so if it doesn't.
Once SleepSpa opens, management spends a night as our guest. Until then, we arrange a trial on the model that suits your rooms.
Buy or lease, with delivery, assembly and maintenance. Your suite goes into the hotel guide and the bedside cards are ready.
After a season we look at the numbers together: room rate, occupancy, reviews and sales through your code. Then you decide on more.
Yes. SleepSpa is an official Hästens dealer and supplies beds for any number of rooms, from one suite to the whole hotel, with delivery, assembly and maintenance, to buy or to lease. The hotel guide and the commission on guest sales are an extra you can add, not a condition.
No. SleepSpa doesn't sell a stay, but a trial night on a bed, in two suites. Whoever wants to know how they sleep on a Hästens comes to us; whoever travels books a hotel. Those guests are exactly the ones we send on to the hotels in our guide.
A Hästens is built to last for decades, but a hotel bed is used more often and by more people than a bed at home. That is why every delivery comes with a maintenance contract: regular turning and beating, and replacing the topper when needed. The topper is the part that wears, and the part you replace.
We only know once we have measured it, and we don't quote a percentage we can't back up. The calculator shows what a premium of your choice yields; the pilot shows what your guests actually pay.
Each hotel gets its own referral code on the bedside card. If a guest buys a Hästens from us through that code, the hotel receives an agreed percentage of the order value. The percentage is set per hotel in the agreement.
No. Leasing is possible too, with maintenance included. The suite is in place without a large investment on the balance sheet first.
You can simply state that you have Hästens beds. Anything beyond that — naming a suite after the brand, using the logo, joint campaigns — we agree with Hästens. We take care of that.
