Questions
SleepSpa is in development: there is no location yet and booking isn't possible. The three experiences (half a day, a day, an overnight stay) are deducted if you buy a bed afterwards. There is Hästens only, in two models — the 2000T and the drēmər, each in its own bedroom, so that you compare models instead of brands.

That isn't settled. We are looking for a place in the Antwerp–Brussels–Ghent triangle with room for two suites, a sauna and a pool, within an hour's drive for most visitors. As soon as the location is final, it will be here.
Because sleeping on a bed to test it only pays off when the comparison is sharp. With Hästens the question isn't which brand, but which model — and that is precisely the difference a showroom cannot convey. Two models, each in its own room, a full night to decide: that question finally gets an answer.
Yes, that's the principle. If you buy a Hästens from the dealer who sent you, within an agreed period after your stay, the experience comes off the invoice. Anyone who doesn't buy has had half a day or a night in a spa. Both sides are square.
A sleep adviser is available and takes as much time as you want — sleeping position, complaints, and where you and your partner differ. But only on request: he doesn't appear of his own accord, and you can book your stay entirely without one. Most of the time you are with the bed, not with us.
No. Every suite is a real bedroom with blackout, its own climate and silence — not a floor with beds side by side. The difference between lying on a bed and sleeping on it is exactly that.
A dealer buys experiences and gives them away on any order above a threshold they set themselves. That costs less than the discount otherwise given, and feels considerably more valuable to the customer. The arithmetic is on the dealer page.
